Change or Reset My Password

Whether you've forgotten your password or simply want to update it, we've got you covered. This guide shows you exactly how to reset your password (when locked out) or change it (when logged in).

Not sure which option you need?

  • Forgot your password or can't log in? → Reset your password

  • Already logged in and want to update your password? → Change your password


Reset Your Password (When Locked Out)

Step 1: Go to https://cloud.switchboard.live/connect/auth/login and click Forgot Password below the login button.

Step 2: Enter the email address you use for your Switchboard account and click Send Password Reset Email.

Step 3: Check your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Didn't receive the email?

  • Wait 5 minutes and try again

  • Search your inbox for "Switchboard Live | Password Reset Request" from service@switchboard.live

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ask your IT team to whitelist @switchboard.live if emails are being blocked


Change Your Password (While Logged In)

  1. Click your profile icon (top right corner)

  2. Click the Key icon

  3. Enter your current password

  4. Enter your new password twice to confirm

  5. Click Submit

Done! Your password has been updated.


Troubleshooting

  • Double-check that you're using the correct email address (the one you registered with)

  • If your organization has had staff changes, contact support@switchboard.live for help


If you see a message telling you that we can't find an account registered with your email address, check for a typo and ensure that it's the same email address you used to register for Switchboard Cloud.
