We're excited to introduce Live Stream Health Monitoring — a powerful new feature that gives you real-time visibility into the health and quality of your live streams, directly inside your workflow.
Stream Health Badge — A new visual indicator now appears next to each active stream, showing you at a glance whether your stream is healthy, experiencing issues, or needs attention.
✅ Healthy State — Stream running smoothly with a green indicator showing your current quality tier (HD/SD) and bitrate.
⚠️ Warning State — Minor issues detected (low bitrate or slight instability) with an amber badge and recommended action.
❌ Bad State — Major issues that may impact viewers with a red alert and specific troubleshooting guidance.
Connection Status — See if your encoder is connected and how long you've been live.
Video Quality Tier — Know whether your stream is broadcasting in HD (1080p), SD (720p), or lower quality.
Bitrate Stability — Monitor whether your stream quality is consistent or fluctuating.
Upload Duration Ratio — The most important health metric — if your upload can't keep up with your stream, we'll let you know before your viewers notice.
Multi-Provider Support — Stream health monitoring works across both Cloudflare and Livepeer streaming providers, so you're covered no matter your setup.
We identified and resolved an issue where some customers were receiving false "Unstable Stream" and "Low Bitrate" warnings even when their streams were performing well. This was caused by delays in upstream analytics data and has been corrected with improved thresholds and data validation.
Optimized the backend endpoints that power stream health checks for significantly faster response times.

Now you'll be able to connect and manage your destinations and social channels efficiently. Our recent update has made managing and adding destinations better and more streamlined.
Destination groups are now called Stream Groups, packed with extra features.
The total number of Stream Groups is displayed instead of total destinations.
The quick-click icons are no longer displayed at the bottom of the group.
The Edit Group Modal has been super-powered with new features:
Your Destinations — View all destinations saved to the Switchboard account.
StreamShare Destinations — View all shared destinations connected to your account.
Active Destinations — See the number of active destinations in the current group.
Search and Filter — Search for specific destinations, sort by platform or type, sort by A-Z.
Connect Destination — Click "Connect More" to add social channels you haven't connected yet.
The Destination Manager Page also has a new look — no more duplicate copies of the same destination displayed.
Hover over the yellow "i" icon next to destinations for context about errors.
Facebook Pages need at least 100 followers and must be 60 days old.
X (Twitter) channels need Premium to go live.
StreamShare destinations can only be activated on one group at a time.
